Every June and September the residents of St. Pauli show their skills in bargaining and trading.
From 9am to 4pm the Resident-Fleemarket takes place. People from all over Hamburg enjoy the village character of St. Pauli on a Sunday morning. Where just hours ago there have been people drinking, dancing and partying now they stop, talk to each other with some coffee and discover the treasures the neighbours have been hiding in their attics for years.
Hinz&Kunzt, a Hamburg Journal, taking care and responsibility for homeless, prepares and provides food for everyone: Coffee and sandwiches in the morning, cakes, all made by the people joining the flee market, in the afternoon – 100% of the earned money goes to projects of Hinz&Kunzt and with them to the homeless.
